Is pressure washing bad for my house?
Not when it is done right. We soft wash homes, which uses much lower pressure than a pressure washer plus a metered cleaning solution that kills mildew, mold and algae at the root. High pressure can force water behind siding, strip paint and etch wood. Soft washing gets the house clean without that risk.
How often should I wash my house in Tennessee?
About once a year for most Middle Tennessee homes. Humid summers feed mildew and algae fast, especially on the north and shaded sides and on homes near Old Hickory Lake. Repeat customers get a yearly service discount.
Will soft washing hurt my plants, grass or pets?
No. Our soft wash system meters cleaning agents down to 1/10th of a percent, and we pre-soak and rinse your plants before, during and after every job. We just ask that you keep pets inside while we work.
