This Privacy Policy explains how Wash Wizard Pressure Cleaning LLC ("Wash Wizard," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit washwizardtn.com, fill out a quote form, book an estimate, call or text us, or hire us for service. Wash Wizard is a locally owned exterior cleaning and Christmas light installation company based in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or submit your information.

2Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, phone number, email address and service address
• Details about the job: the service you need, the size of your home or property, photos you send, preferred dates and notes
• Messages you send us by text, email, phone or our website forms
• Billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and how you reached our site
• Cookies and similar tools used by our website, form and analytics providers (see section 6)

• To respond to your request and give you a quote
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about estimates and service appointments
• To perform the work, invoice you and collect payment

4Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Wash Wizard Pressure Cleaning LLC about your quote, appointments, service updates and review requests. If you separately agree, we may also send occasional promotional offers.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and customer management platform, scheduling and messaging tools, payment processing and accounting software. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our company or others.
• Business transfer, if the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

None of this sharing includes your text messaging opt-in data or consent, as stated in section 4.
