1Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of washwizardtn.com and to any services provided by Wash Wizard Pressure Cleaning LLC ("Wash Wizard," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or accepting service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2Our services

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including house washing and soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning and sealing, gutter cleaning, commercial pressure washing, and seasonal Christmas light installation, in Hendersonville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. The exact scope of your job is what's listed on your quote or invoice.

3Quotes and estimates

• Quotes are free and based on the information, photos and measurements available at the time.
• If conditions on site are different from what was described, such as a larger area, heavier staining, or access issues, we'll tell you and get your approval before doing any extra work or changing the price.
• Online, photo-based and satellite-measured estimates are approximate until confirmed.
• Unless your quote says otherwise, a quote is good for 60 days.

4Scheduling, weather and access

• Rain, freezing temperatures, high wind and other conditions can affect safety and results. If weather forces a change, we'll contact you to reschedule.
• Arrival times are estimates. Earlier jobs and weather can shift our schedule, and we'll keep you posted.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
• You give us permission to access the areas of your property needed to complete the job, and to use an outdoor water spigot when needed.

5Your responsibilities

To help the job go smoothly and safely, please:

• Close all windows and doors, and let us know about any that don't seal well
• Move vehicles, furniture, decorations, and fragile or valuable items away from the work area
• Keep children and pets inside while we work
• Tell us about known issues ahead of time, such as loose siding, damaged or leaking gutters, failing paint or caulk, cracked or loose roof shingles, exposed wiring, or sprinkler heads in the work area
• Make sure exterior outlets and lights are in safe working order

6Payment

• Payment is due when the work is complete unless your quote or invoice says otherwise.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo and check.
• Commercial or recurring service may have separate payment terms listed on your agreement or invoice.

7Our workmanship

We take pride in our work. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible after the job so we can take a look and make it right where appropriate.

Cleaning removes dirt, mildew, algae and organic growth. It does not repair or reverse existing conditions, including oxidation or chalking on siding, faded or failing paint, rust, etching, permanent stains, worn or damaged roofing, cracked concrete, or prior damage. Results vary depending on the age and condition of each surface, and some staining may not fully come out. Organic growth may return over time depending on shade, moisture and weather.

8Limits of liability

We work carefully and carry insurance. We aren't responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions you didn't tell us about, including loose, damaged or poorly installed siding, windows, gutters, shingles or paint, failed seals, or faulty outdoor electrical. We also aren't responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

If you believe we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours of the job, with photos if you can, and give us the chance to inspect it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

9Photos of our work

We may take before and after photos of the areas we work on for our records and to show our work on our website and social media. We never post your name, house number or other personal details. If you'd rather we not share photos of your property, just tell us.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee, unless we both agree otherwise.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you book a job apply to that job.
